Assessing Salesforce customer AI adoption

Valoir surveyed Salesforce customers on their adoption, usage, and plans for Salesforce generative AI capabilities and features. We found that more than one in four Salesforce customers are experimenting with Salesforce’s out-of-the-box generative AI features today, and nearly one in five are using some of those features in production. At the other end of the spectrum, nearly one in four Salesforce customers are not ready for its generative AI. Read the Report.
